How to make an A4 passport photo sheet

  1. Upload a clear portrait from your phone or computer.
  2. Select the passport, stamp, extended stamp, or custom photo sizes you need.
  3. Choose copy counts or let the layout fit the maximum number on one A4 sheet.
  4. Adjust the crop, review the preview, and download a PDF or image.

Photo size and printing notes

Passport and stamp-photo specifications vary by country, document, and issuing authority. The preset dimensions are editable where requirements commonly differ. Check the current requirements of the organization receiving your photo before printing. Printer margins and scaling can also affect the final physical size, so print the PDF on A4 paper at 100% or “Actual size” and measure a copy if exact dimensions are important.
